It is written in PHP and it randomly generates emails for email harvesters to send to. It will create as many emails as you want. Even though there owned by the same people I still think Google Video is so much better - and it seems a lot less chaotic in design than Youtube. Yet I still use Youtube for the video of the week because Youtube has so many more videos than Google Video.
